Have fun and get results! Fitness Classes are a great addition to any gym program and can provide valuable variety to keep your body changing and your mind fresh.
Our Les Mills pre choreographed classes are a broad range of fitness classes. Les Mills classes are simple but effective workouts, they are updated quarterly to retain variety and fun. Our range of Fitness Classes include:

BODYPUMP Targets all the major muscle groups of your body using adjustable weight loaded barbells to fantastic music! BODYPUMP is the fastest way in the universe to get in shape burning fat and toning muscle.

BODYBALANCE A beautiful modern mix of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. The perfect antidote to the stress of our day to day life. Lengthen and stretch your body, improve your posture and deep muscle control. Relax your mind.

BODYSTEP Using simple to follow moves and inspirational music this class allows you to train at the intensity you want without having to think too hard. A high energy, cardiovascular blast suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

BODYJAM Fitness has never been this much fun! BODYJAM is the grooviest way to work up a sweat, using many styles of dance including Street Funk, Hip-Hop, Latin and Broadway.

BODYCOMBAT Combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like Karate, boxing and Taekwondo into an hour – long energetic routine. The music and dynamic instructor create a fierce, energetic experience.

BODYATTACK A cardiovascular interval training program that combines high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilization exercises. BODYATTACK is a rapid calorie burner that delivers fast improvement. Classes are high in motivation, all participants can achieve their fitness goals by following the simple movements.
