BODYCOMBAT Combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like Karate, boxing and Taekwondo into an hour – long energetic routine. The music and dynamic instructor create a fierce, energetic experience. BODYATTACK A cardiovascular interval training program that combines high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilization exercises. BODYATTACK is a rapid calorie burner that delivers fast improvement.
